Having earned some fame via the 3-piece electronic outfit Gerling, Darren Cross then pulled it back to duo mode performing lo-fi fifites-styled garage as Betty Airs. Inspired by the likes Townes Van Zandt and Waylong Jennings, Cross then finally backed himself as a solo artist playing twisted country-folk on a 70’s Japanese Martin Copy.
